Cancellation Policy (please read... this is not the usual yada-yada)
Town Creek Bed & Breakfast is a small inn and cancellations affect us significantly. Your reservation is secured with your credit card. A room deposit amounts to one nights stay or 50% of your booking, whichever is greater. Please inform us of any changes in your travel plans so that we can try to accommodate your needs and you will avoid needless cancellation fees. We cannot stress this request enough.

• Cancellations requested 4 days or more prior to your arrival will result in a full refund of your deposit.

• Cancellations requested less than 4 days prior to your arrival will result in the forfeiture of at least one day's room rental unless we are able to re-book the released dates. In most cases a cancelled reservation can be re-booked, plenty of advanced notice of a schedule change is the key to re-booking.

• Should you depart sooner than your reservation dates, you will be responsible for the full amount of the unused stay unless we are able to book the remaining nights. The Town Creek owners understand unforeseen circumstances sometimes occur and gladly extend as much flexibility as possible. Please remember the more advanced notice we have of a cancellation the more likely the chances of re-booking your room reservations and you avoiding the loss of your deposit. We have no desire to bill for services not actually rendered so work with us as much as possible on this point.


Billing Policy
On the day of your reservation, your credit card will be charged the full amount of your stay unless you have previously cancelled your reservation by contacting us.

Town Creek Bed and Breakfast is a smoke free lodging. We love you but we do not love your smoke. Therefore, smoking indoors anywhere on Town Creek property is unacceptable. Any guest found to have smoked in one of Town Creek Bed and Breakfast's rooms (yes, standing in an open doorway blowing smoke outside counts as smoking in a room) will automatically be billed for professional services room deep cleaning.

Pet Policy
Because Town Creek too enjoys pets, we have tried in the past to accommodate guests who wished to bring their family pets on vacation to our lodging. Unfortunately the results were embarrassingly expensive for the guests. Therefore, Town Creek is no longer able to accept pets. We will gladly help you locate another Fredericksburg Texas accommodation that accepts pets or pet resort.
